hi,

how realistic do you think it is, if following http://hundredpushups.com/, to be able to do 100 push ups after 6 weeks. i just looked at week 5 & 6, and the max reps are (wk6 day1) 60, 56, 45, 42, 40 (then the max you can do, at least 56). seems kinda high to go from that to suddenly 100 in one go at the end of that week

    Good luck with your quest.

  2. Faster you do push up more you can do. If you want to reach 100 push ups at a time 6 weeks are more than enough. Do at least twice a day and every time try to do as more as possible. I say one week is enough. Two weeks maximum.

  3. Masahiko Kimura a famous judo expert used to do 1000 push-ups each day as his normal training routine.  I believe that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

  5. You could do it if you stick to a regime of as many push ups as you can physically handle.

  6. Very realistic. Work out twice a day.
