I heard of this thing where if you feel like you have to cut, you make a list of 100 things to do before you cut. And you have to go through all of these things before cutting. ie.. red five pages of a book, 10 min of tv..etc.And the idea is that by the time you finish these 100 things, you wont wanna cut anymore.. I'm 15 and a girl. Can you please name things for me to put on the list?
