1000%+ Returns?

So I was browsing two virtual stock exchange games, and this one guy named dammitttttttt had put up 1000%+ returns in two to three different games.

I'd love to contact him, but I can't. So does anybody know his system?

At what annual return does risk become a major factor?

  1. if it's a game it's luck - in reality there are too many independent factors that affect stock prices that make it infinitely more difficult to get returns of higher than 10-20% annually over the long run -

  2. Even you can make 1000% in any VIRTUAL STOCK TRADING GAME.

It's a game, there are no hard earned cash involved. Here's how you can do it:

    - Open two virtual game account.

    - Apply maximum leverage for each account.

    - Find a stock you want to trade, preferrably, one that is volatile and makes huge moves on any given day. Let's say you will trade XOM.

    - With one account, we will call this the long account, you put all your equity, with max leverage on a long position on XOM.

    - With the other account, that we will call the short account, you put all your equity with max leverage on a short position on XOM.

    - You then watch how each position works out.

    - Let's say XOM goes up. The short account then gets a margin call while the long account is up. You keep this long position in the coming days racking up profits.

    - In the meantime, you open another account, which will replace the other short account.

    - Each day that XOM is up, you open a short position with the new short account to hedge your long position.

    - you keep doing this as long as you can.

This is good in a demo account, but wll not work that well in the real world. It will be best for you to learn how to trade effectively.

    Hope this helps.
