100g chicken breast?

Is this a lot?

What would it look like...io'm bodybuilding and need to know how much it would be (100 grams)...is it quite a lot or loads?

Imagine one cut from a small supermarket chicken. Or imagine a pack of chicken b*****s (usually 375g) with 4 b*****s in it.

Not much. It's a pretty normal size chicken breast.

Any meat, size of your palm should be between 100 - 120gms. depending on the thickness of the slice. (should be 1 cm.thick)

id say its about half of a large chicken breast without the skin, id use around 200g for a curry for 1 person

100 grams equals 3.5 oz. 1 stick of butter weighs 8oz. so 1/2 stick of butter would weigh 4 oz.

100 grams = 3.5 ounces.

This is probably a small piece of chicken breast, not a lot and definitely not loads.

Invest in some kitchen food scales. You don't need to buy the expensive ones.
