Although you would purchase and install a 100 KVA ups in most cases you would end up using 3 x single phase supplies as it is most unusual to have 3 phase in a comms room as all racks and servers I have seen are 240 volt.  If you are having this size of UPS installed don't forget to protect the mains from harmonics with an isolation transformer.  It is normally the third harmonic that causes the problem and also it is good practise to run a double sized neutral as well .

If you are considering  having a UPS installed do not delay as the price of batteries are escalating  , if backing the UPS with a generator also remember to get a generator at least twice the size of the UPS      UPS =100 KVA    Generator = 250 KVA
