100m & 200m run food to eat?

Is there any food i should eat everyday and lots of before my 100m and 200m run thats in a month?Will it give me energy?Thanks

  1. u want to eat carbs like bagels and pasta before u run


  2. eat a lot of carbs your body needs those they will help you mostly waffles peanuts pancakes stuff like that your body loves carbs

  3. I dont know if you need to worry about what you eat for a month but about 2-3 days before you race you want to carbo load. By this i mean eating pasta and ramen noodles and stuff like that. The carbs give you energy and therefor you will have more energy to run. Hope this helps.
