100m or 200m help!?

does anyone know any good workouts / routines to practice with to improve my times? And should i use my spikes or run barefoot (grass oval :P)

  1. i would use spikes, from experence because after the race near you accillies it will start to hurt if you wear bare foot. for training and stuff go to www.brianmac.co.uk he has everything you need for help on the sprints. go to training and also go to techneque because that will help a lot with you times having the right running style


  2. I suggest you use spikes because the hard surface is bad for your joints and muscles. and if you want to impove your time what you should do is run some 400m because it helps with your stamina and it helps with your sprinting speed. you may also want to practice using blocks for a while because the faster you get out of the blocks the better time.
