  1. Practice On Tracks (practice 60-100m)
    Stretch Daily
    Try Basic Gymnastics To Improve Flexibility For Strides
    Do Muscle Workouts
    Practice Coming out Of The Blocks
    Try A Beep Test Or Drills
    Healthy Diet
    Practice For At Least 2 Hours A Day
    That's What I Do And I Have An Athletics Competition Next Friday. I Gotta Do 100m And 4x100m Relay, So I Have The Same Problem.
