102-103 degrees fever for 10 days?

what could it be. accompanied by nausea, weakness, loss of appetite.

It could be anything from Typhoid to Dengue. If it is intermittent with Shivering, could be Malaria.  Go to a good doctor or a hospital.

Sounds like a serious viral infection!

If left too long it will travel to blood, lungs, spinal fluid.  It's call "Septic".

Please go to the ER as soon as humanly possible...better yet...call 911 immediately

I've had the same symptoms, It may be Strep Throat! Anytime you have a fever for more than 2 to3 days, always ask your Dr... Your syms. sound like strep. Let me Know!!

It must have come due to many reasons. You only must be knowing how it has come. It may be due to cold, caugh, etc. It may be due to indigestion. It may be due to extra exhersion. It may be due to malaria attack. Because nausea, weakness and loss appetite may be due to malaria type of illness. In any case without dealy meet a good doctor and take the medicines as per his advice. Take regular nutritious, balanced diet. Take hot water only. Wear a sweater or coat. Sleep well under a thick blanket. If you sleep well after taking one dose of medicines, you may become half alright.
