Us lucky folks living in Las Vegas(sarcasm) have been averaging temperatures of 108 to110 degrees for a few weeks now. What would ya'll consider a comfortable indoor temperature during this near unbareable heat?

(My husband doesn't want to drop the temperature below

79 degrees)

Thanks

  1. 79 or 80 is fine for such high ourdoor temperature. The point is to be relieved when you're indoor not to be transform into another zone.

Though if you can't sleep at night then you two can compromise to lower the temp at night during 9-2am cuz by 3 it's the coolest outside already.

  2. 79 sounds alright.   With temps like that outside, I could easily go into the 80s.  I like to try to stay in touch with the real weather, although, I need to go below 79 when I sleep.

I've just spent a year living in the tropics without A/C during the day.  It was hard considering how I sweat profusely...  It even caused a few little issues with my skin because I was ALWAYS wet with sweaty bacteria.

This is coming from someone who use to go outside with just a shirt in 45 degree weather.  The weather I've been seeing this summer is over 100, but with 96% humidity.  THAT'S WHAT SUCKS.
