1099 with no employee info?

i had an employee and i wanted to know if i could still file a 1099 for her without having a social security number or address or any of her information. There were no contracts signed and there is no proof that this girl worked for me.

You normally need a SS#, but call IRS and find out if there are other ways to get around it.  There always seems to be some "other" rule for circumstances that don't fit the mold.
