10K 7/.23T ??? what does this mean on a ring?

i'm trying to sale this ring and i want to know what the above means.. there's another character after the T i think but it's really small..

i know 10K means 10k gold.. and 7 the size.. but i don't know what the last part means..

how much should i ask for something like this?

the center thing is a snowflake and none of the little diamond chips are missing..

.23T? probably means the thickness of 10 karat gold plating.
