  1. well i would take a homemade lunch just to help your parents with the financial stuff and also its not about eating healthy you also have to find a way to work out take a p.e. class or weight training

its not healthy to lose weight and not work out you can get sick or even become anemic

take some sandwiches or even cold style foods like tuna salads or even left over chicken salads yummy

when i was in high school i had weight training class i had runners legs abs and arms were cut i thought i was perfect, i ate about 3 personal pizzas a day ...point is that if you eat healthy it will help but you also wanna lose weight...start running and stretching.

its not what you eat that will make you lose wieght

  2. salads and healthy sandwiches (watch for may and cream based salad dressings) Bring raw veggies and fruit to snack on

  3. I'm a 19 year old college student and definitely do a lot of running around with not much time to eat.  This all kind of depends on your taste, but personally I like to carry around a bag of baby carrots to snack on.  For a meal you might try making a turkey sandwich on wheat or whole grain bread.  Certain cereal bars can be healthy and also cheap.

  4. Make your own sandwich... if you'd like, google "cold sandwiches"  or "easy sandwiches"

  5. THE SIMPLEST WILL BE FRUITS. (APPLE, BANANA, ETC...) AND A SANDWICH, A GOOD ONE, WITH COLD MEAT, TOMATOES, LETTUCE AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU LIKE...ALSO, MAYONAISE HAS FAT, BUT MUSTARD DOES NOT HAVE ANY...SO IF YOU LIKE IT, USE MUSTARD INSTEAD OF MAYONAISE.

  6. fruit, vegitables, juices, some sour cream, ranch dressing, or thousand island dressing

  7. A yummy Turkey Sand which with lite mayo, mustard, lettuce, pickles, olives, tomato. Mmmmmmm. Or pb&j on whole wheat. Then pack like sun-chips and fruit and a 100 calorie pudding cup.

  8. sandwiches are always good, especially with whole wheat bread. i've even made sandwiches with meatloaf from the leftovers! fruit is good too, and yogurt if you use ice packs. drink water! if you want something sweet, try mixing applesauce with crushed grahm cracker and a pinch of brown sugar. good luck!

  9. for lunch, cut up slices of apples or any other kinds of fruits, also you can bring something like a tuna sandwitch (very easy, all you have to do is put some tuna from the can onto bread, maybe add some mayonaise and lettuce and viola! if you don't want your sandwich to be soggy and gross by the time you eat it, then mix the tuna and mayonaise together, and put it in a small plastic container, and the lettuce and bread can go into another container, make sure the lettuce is

    dry. ) hope i helped.

PS and also even though what German O said about not using mayonaise, you should have at least a little bit of fat to keep you healthy. it's as important in your diet as protien or calcium.

  10. bread.

    pb&j

    cheese?

    boloni.

if you like your boloni to stay cold the get the freezy luch boxes.
