(10pts.)HELP PLEASE!! How do I get the fat off the sides of my stomach?????

My stomach has the appearence of being wide because it has fat on the the sides but its flat. What excersises should I do to be more narrow? Is there any foods that would help?

  1. Try doing crunches up and to the side with a medicine ball so that you work the obliques as well as the abs


  2. RUN. plain and simple. run at a faster pace, burn more calories. You can't pick where you want the fat to come off, but as you lose fat, your problem areas will diminish.

    ** Don't eat until at least 30 mins after exercize, so that your body has a chance to use the fat first, before moving on to the newly introduced glucose from the food.**

  3. Okay first you gotta start with Drinking lots of water. about half your body weight in ounces. ( a hundred pound person would drink 50 ounces) i dont know how you eat but stay as far away from fast food as possible. then go for walks daily. short at first and then add to the length.

    Ok so here is the simplest method and requires a decent level of consistency over the coming weeks...

    Tense your torso and turn right and then left at the waist slowly and deliberately.

    Done!

    Hm some things you can do at home are crunches...But as you bend up towards your knees twist your torso from side to side.

    It will burn but it helps tone up your sides.

    Also try toe touchers.

    Lay on your back with your knees bent but feet on the ground.

    Move from side to side touching your feet with your fingers.

    If it doesn't burn then straighten out your legs more so you have to reach further.

    As for food, just eat healthy.

    Veggies, lots of water, protein.

    do this workout every day along with 20 minutes of cardio and you should have a nice toned 6 pack in no time.
