  1. veganism is pretty strict... fruits, nuts, vegetables, etc.

    this diet works it's the one they use on extreme makeover to make people lose weight fast and it's healthy.......my aunt did it and lost 80lbs in 6 months.......it's really strict only protein, complex, carbs and veggies.......you eat 5 or 6 times a day.........but it's totally worth it!!

  3. Breakfast -1. muesli with non fat milk/

                    2. peanut butter on wholemeal toast with a glass of milk/

                    3. a granola bar and a banana, orange juice

    Lunch - brown rice/wild rice with blanched vegetables (preferably not lettuce     since they have very low nutritious content), try a broth based soup.

    and grilled/steamed fish.  

    or

    homemade tomato sauce with wholewheat pasta with some shredded chicken breast.

    Dinner- steamed vegetables with grilled/steamed fish and maybe some tofu. Again, a broth based soup (best to be homemade) or a salad if you wish.

    Snacks - non fat yogurt, fruits, yogurt bar, baked biscuits in limited quantity.

    I don't believe in totally cutting out carbs, so I have my complex carbs in the morning and afternoon and not so much at night.

    and of course drink lots of water and try to exercise.
