Pick three horses running on Saturday. Theoretical £1 win on each. Disqualified means disqualified. 10 points to one with most profit.

All week I felt confident that I was going to sweep the board this weekend with the first three races at Newmarket with "Laureldene Gate" "Echo of Light" and "Finsceal Beo"

all three have been withdrawn to run at Longchamp on Sunday so I personally shall be having a good bet on them there.!!

My three for Saturday:

1.Royal Confidence 2-10 Newmarket

2. Creachador 2-45 Newmarket

3. Simply Perfect 3-20 Newmarket.

Oooh, Echo of Light is one of my babies - I worked the Dubai Millennium season (2001) at Darley and I follow all his progeny avidly.  EoL's half sister by Rock of Gibraltar made €900,000 at Goffs earlier this week.

As for the betting front, I only have two confirmed bets for the weekend - ANNIE SKATES in the Oh So Sharp Stakes at Newmarket on Saturday and a sneaky each-way bet on Mandesha in the Arc on Sunday.  Only a small bet, but got 14s and she has good form this season having only been beaten by Maduro and Peeping Fawn.

Knowing my luck though they'll both run stinkers!  Saying that, I did back a 40-1 shot that came in third at Nottingham yesterday so that's provided my betting money for the weekend!
