None of the above...Mass Transit was a kid who was underage but lied about his age to wrestle at an ECW house show. He was in a tag team match against the Gangstas...and New Jack of the Gangstas was going to do a blade job on Mass Transit. New Jack did a nasty blade job, causing Mass transit to bleed profusely.

As a result of this incident, ECW's first PPV Barely Legal was initially cancelled by the cable network scheduled to run the show...after Paul Heyman pleaded, eventually Barely Legal was allowed a go...

None of the above.  The Mass Transit Incident happened months earlier at a house show and was only caught on tape by a fan cam.  That incident caused Barely Legal to be canceled temporarily before eventually being rescheduled.  The Montreal Screwjob & Owen Hart's death have nothing to do with ECW and I am not aware of any steroid abuse incident occurring in ECW, especially not at Barely Legal.
