11 weeks pregnant ultrasound!?

I had a follow up ultrasound today for my ovarian cysts. I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks 2 days and got to see the babies heart beat (amazing). During the ultrasound I could see the fetal sac....but I couldn't see anything in it. When I asked her if i could see the baby she said the order only told her to review the cysts. She then made me empty my bladder and finished with a trans vaginal (?)....I'm worried there is something wrong?

See ur doc if u worried. She was only asked to do cysts so that was all she did.

doesn't sound like there is anything wrong. the order was to ultrasound the cysts - so she did. She may have had to do a trans-vaginal (with an empty bladder) because the baby or bloating may have been in the way of getting a clean view of the cysts.

Nothing to worry about.

Hearing the heartbeat leaves you on a high for days doesn't it? It's so wonderful!

make another app. with you OB/GYN to see if the baby is still there and okay most likely she had the ultrasound thing tturnedat an angel that you could not see baby my OB/GYN did that to me and then told me she was not looking for a baby she wwaslooking for anything rong with the placent and emumbilical cord the surroundings but to be safe make another app.

Ask your doctor most of those techs Ive notices are just jerks and like scarring mothers half to death. The girl that always did mine scared me everytime. Besides they have to follow orders exactly or they gett in TONS of trouble.
