11 year old boy snuggling?

Question

My 11 year old nephew likes to snuggle to everybody, even people he hardly knows. Is this something that needs to be looked into further? Is this his way of showing he needs alot of attention?

Usually 11 year old boys are playing in dirt and playing video games. I would definitely look into it further because it is quite strange. Maybe he just needs more attention. =)
