Jim, even with YOUR calculations the exact square footage would be 490.00832 square feet.

It would be 38.583333 feet x 12.7 feet, which would equal 490.00832 square feet.

So even using your own formula you are wrong.

  11575  x .04 = 463in /  12  ==38.58'

  3810   x  .04 = 152.4in  /  12  =12.7'

  38.58  x  12.7    = 489.97 sqft

not 3810mm

International standards    say  when you know mm  multiply by 0.04  to find  inches ...

and even yanks can devide by 12 to get feet.

     38

x12.5

475 square feet.
