11th Grade Schedule?

Question

I got my schedule for the 11th grade Tuesday and I want some opinions on studying, description of classes, etc.

AP US History

Pre-Calculus

Child Development

AP English Composition

AP Chemistry

French IV

The grading scale for pre-calculus is 93 to 100-A, 84 to 92-B, 75 to 83- C. I never understood Algebra, so I'm not so certain about my mathematic abilities. I start school Wednesday.

I was in APUSH and it requires loaaaaaads of reading and studying.  Just remember to do your reading, take notes (detailed, but not too detailed), and pay attention in class.

The kids in AP English Composition said they had to write a lot of essays and do a lot of independent reading.

Idk about AP Chem. I hated Chem when I was in honors.  It's probably more formulas in more detail.  I can't tell you anything else about Pre-cal cause I'm taking it this year or French cause that's not the language I'm taking.

I'm already proud of you for challengin yourself , the only class i've taken is ap us history and my recommendation is do things right away when they are assigned and review your notes, and when you take the test you wont regret that, for french i assume you have a better teacher than i do otherwise you wouldn't stick with it,  i was supposed to take the ap english class but i chickend out so i'm back w/ the regular, good luck on your junior year, from now on time will fly by. one more thing if you haven't starte looking at colleges do so, you really don't need to know exactly what you want to study but look for the ones that will accept credit for these classes.

Man I hope you go to public school.

3 APs would literally be impossible at my school.

And that grading scale is pretty hardcore.
