  1. yes but they might arrest you and send you to jail for it. seeing as how it's against the law.

  2. I don't really understand.. but selling something someone else has made isn't legal.

    Like, art, programs, ect.

  3. DUH! It is illegal!

  4. Yes it is. Read there contract and terms, etc. You are only licensed for ONE COPY. ;D

  5. download works?  what works?  works of art?

You cannot sell things that you don't own or things that you don't own the rights to.  Rights meaning the creator of the work has given you their permission to make profit on their efforts.

  6. no. you should know that

  7. It depends.

If it is a commercial item that the other person does not hold any reproduction rights for, then yes it is. If, however, what you copy is licensed to that individual, with reproduction rights, then it is fine.

  8. Not unless you have their explicit permission to do so, no.

  9. Yes it is illegal.

Your own words answer the question.

  10. Yes! No matter the age, that's illegal. You are not allowed to claim somebody else's work as your own. Especially reselling it; that's the highest form of plagirism.

  11. You can ask permission from the copyright holder for the resale rights. Depending on what it is, they may let you sell their stuff for free, for a credit, or for very cheap (eg. $1). Or, they may say no or ask for more money or a share of your profits. Which way it goes depends on what it is and who owns the rights. You can certainly go ahead and ask though.

(of course if you -don't- have permission then you can't, no)
