12 digit phone number call?

At 4:30 this morning I got a call from a 12 digit phone number #256754128254 on my house phone. I found out that the first 3 numbers are the calling code for Uganda. I have heard of a lot of scams that take place from there. Anyone know anything about this? Could I be a target for a scam if they have my number, or do you think it is probably just a wrong number? It only rang twice and hung up before I answered it. Thanks.

Change your Phone number or call you phone company provider to have your Pnone number in Private.
