So the only way i figured it out (not a math whiz) is if  you have a total of 7 rounds in the 5 days.

divide the people into (1,2,3,4,), (5,6,7,8), (9,10,11,12).

Day 1:

(1,2,3,4)     (5,6,7,8)   (9,10,11,12)

Day 2:

AM:  (5,1,9,4) (2,8,11,6)(7,3,10,12)

PM:   (6,1,3,9)(5,2,10,12)(7,4,11,8)

Day 3:

(7,1,8,10)(2,9,3,5)(4,6,11,12)

Day 4:

AM: (1,11,12,8)(2,7,9,3)(4,5,6,10)

PM: (3,4,8,7)(5,11,6,1)(2,9,12,10)

Day 5:

(11,7,5,3)(8,9,10,11)(4,2,1,6)

I hope that helps. yea a math person would have been better. I did it in my head, and i know it's right, but there's probably a way to fit it into only one round a day... maybe.
