yeah that is kinda relatively late,but thats exactly when i started (i'm 16 now)

no it's not late. 12 is average- therefore, some people are earlier than 12 and some later.

that doesn't mean anything, the thing is that you will take a little more time to change (from boy to teen) as compared to if it had been sooner.
