a little optimistic on the floatation capability of the drums.

I get 459 lbs apiece x 4 = 1,836 pounds.

put 6 adults & 3 kids about 1,400 lbs (everybody underestimates their weight)

"wood 600 llbs." did that include 170 lbs for 3/8" plywood flooring?

40-50lbs for paint?

20-30lbs for fasteners?

and all the storage lockers?

the frame and floor will float its own weight but your feet will get wet.

almost there, just a few tweaks.

highly recommend foam under the floor, as a safety precaution.  It'll add weight, but not too much.  Or empty two-liter soda bottles.

What your are showing is a floating dock deck, not a raft for floating down the river on.  Not sure how stable it would be for a raft.
