12 year old and volleyball?

I am 12 years old and am 4'11'' Volleyball is my passion! But i'm not growing anymore and my position is Libero on my team. Could anyone help me with some good techniques?

Practice passing.   And then practice passing.  And so on.  

Your primary duty will be passing.  And then digging, which is just passing of harder shots.  

Practice reading hitters.  Try to look at their arms and the chests to see if you can read where the ball is going.  Any tips you can get to get a head start on where the ball is going, you will get more shots up and in play.  Even if you are on the sidelines, look at the hitters.  Watch the other team's hitters in the warm ups to see their tendencies.  (For example, I went to observe the referees at a college match last night.  I noticed that #15 for one team hit cross court.  And then she hit cross court.  The two times she tried to hit line went out.  Roughly 30 attacks and only 2 down the line.  Where should you be standing when she hits????  You should be standing cross court and yawning with boredom as you dig the ball over and over to your setter.)  

Practice your serving.  USAV club ball does not allow the Libero to serve, but NFSHSA and NCAA does.  You will be able to serve for your school team all the way until you graduate college.

Im 13 4'11 and play volleyball.

But I am the best.

Just try to jump up more when you hit the ball.

Well i was on my school vollyball team last year and i was awsome i practiced ALOT about 10 hours a week and i did flexibility thangs, and belive it or not yoga helps alot. im 13 i was 12 when i was on my my schools team.just remember

omg, i'm 12 too and i'm the Libero on the varsity team! and being a Libero has nothing bad, just make sure you can control the ball easily and make sure you practice bumping to the setter. just make sure to keep on practicing and control that ball!!
