12 year old bithday?

My friend down the block is having a birthday(shes 12) and i am older and she wants me to create an awsome one. Shes kind of a tomboy and a girly gril at the same time. She wants a really great party. And it cant be alot of money either. She likes basketball and at the same time maeup and stuff. The party will be around april.

Well a sleep over is cheap. You can rent funny movies, do make overs, go and play fun games like egg toss. Dance, truth or dare, fun stuff!
