12 year old bradford pear tree problem?

My bradford pear tree has been doing fine for 12 years. This summer I noticed while checking one of the tree's leaves, that it had turned brown and began to fall off. Is there any solution to save the tree?

a bradford pear is very susceptible to fire blight or evan leaf spot.  there is a fire blight spray and then a regular fungicide for leaf spot.
