Hi there. I am worried about my little brother. He is 12 years old and weighs about 107 lbs. He is also about 4'9" (I myself am 5'0 and 100 lbs). He fences and swims. Because of this he has very muscular legs and arms, but he still has a bit of a belly. I've treid everything from exercise to eating healthier but nothing seems to get rid of his belly.Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
