Yes, they could be stations - in many places.

If you want specific info, you've got to tell us what city you are in (and fix the transposition of the frequency). I see yu're kinda new,so you want to be sure your questions are posed as such and make it clear what information you're seeing.

Where are you?  120.7 is too high of a number to be a US radio station.

What's your question? There are 120.7 and 98.6 radio stations all over the country--But, I see that you are a blonde so...

You did correct it with 102.7 since 120.7 is not an FM radio frequency.  98.6 MAY be a frequency in Europe but not in the US, Canada or Mexico.

102.7 in New York City is WWFS (Fresh 102.7) which is a "lite" station and 98.7 is WRKS (98.7 Kiss) which is "adult urban".
