Ok so all those calculator thingys tell me that females need about 1500-ish calories a day but that's like nothing my breakfast alone is usually at least 300-500. Now I don't want to come across as morbidly obese since I am only 5'4 and 105 pounds but don't you think that seems a bit ridiculous? If you don't mind could you add your size and aprox how much you eat, because I want to see if anyone actually listens to this rubbish :)
