13 Year old monroe piercing, help?

Question

so, im proper gutted that my mum keeps saying no to EVERY piercing i ask for.

she only agrees to a belly piercing because both of my older sisters have it, and tbf, i dont WANT one.

First it was lip,and that was a mega no, (well infact i wanted spiderbites).

Then i asked for my nose, but that was a no, as she thinks they look tacky.

I wanted my ears stretched tiny ones,though,but god forbid if i asked.

I need to go somewhere and get a monroe done without an adult?

Im not sure of what pain to expect though but im dying for one and like yeah haha

I know once i get a monroe she'll let me get more,

it's my decision so i dont want lectures on how crappy they look,

I need to know how much pain is expected, how much it costs in the UK,How to look after one, if i can actually FIND a place..
