  1. Okay, That's a tough one...If you don't feel comfortable with going b/c u still wet the bed, don't go and put yourself in that possition...have you mentioned this to your dr? maybe you have a bladder problem that needs to be checked out, they can run some tests and put you on something or help you with this problem. Good luck!

  2. try not to drink before bed i kno its hard but i was like 12 wen i started peeing again and didnt stop til 16 it doesnt stop over night it takes time

  3. There are two things you can do, just set down with them and

tell them, or try depends they hold alot more.

  4. Have you talked to your doctor about this? It could be a serious problem that involves your bladder or kidneys, or something else entirely. If it is an internal problem (which at 13 it really sounds like it is) the sooner you get medical help, the better. Don't be embarrassed when talking to the doctor, the more they know, the more they can help. Good luck!

  5. Try peeing b4 you go to bed and not drinking anything b4 bed. As for the sleepover, bring some extra clothes and set a clock or something to wake u up in the middle of the night. And if you peed, just change the clothes . hope i helped

  6. I was a chronic bed wetter until the age of 12.  It was so embarrassing!  I once slept over my friends house on their cot and wet it...I ended up flipping the mattress over to try and hide it.  I was so hoping that they didn't notice.  My friend never mentioned anything so I assume that they hadn't.  Anyhow, I would ask your parents to take you to the doctor.  There are medications that can help.  Plus the doctor will give you a full check up.  As an adult, I found out that my chronic bed wetting was due to a heart ailment that my parents didn't even know I had.  It didn't matter how many times I went to the bathroom before bed, I would still wet the bed.  Don't let anyone shame you about it.  If it isn't caused by any physical problem, you will probably eventually outgrow it.  Good luck.

  7. You can try some medicines that doctors offer and then maybe you can just stay in your sleeping bag and keep an extra goodnite or two at the bottome and a plastic baggy. I am also 13 and I have a condition that causes me to not know when I have to pee or not and I wear pull ups 24 7.

  8. go to the doctor...& tell them about this problem...

& theres always a problem deep within....

  9. Well you should ask your mom to talk to the dr bc there is a nasal spray my 15 year old cousin used and it made him not wet anymore....also dont drink anything 2 hours before bed....and pee before you fall asleep.....u could even start setting an alarm halfway through sleeping to remember to go!!! .....oh and by the way no one sleeps at sleep overs so just make sure you have to leave early and you could sleep at home!!

  10. well, what I would do is like wear two or something. Don't drink ANYTHING within an hour before you go to bed and go right before you go to bed... if that doesn't seem to work try setting an alarm clock for like 12 or something then go to the bathroom then.

  11. Don't go to the sleepover

Go to the bathroom, no matter what, RIGHT before you go to bed. Even if you don't have to go at the time.

  12. It's called enuresis. It's actually very common. You can get little machines that beep when your about ot pee, but that wouldn't be too great for a sleepover. You should bring your own sleeping bag and wear layers, maybe a long sweatshirt or something.

And it will go away soon.

    Best of luck!

  13. I had this prob!

Try no caffine, or and sodas juices milk nothing like that after 7 pm just water and not in excess!

And then nothing to drink an hour before bed time also try eating saltine crakers! The way I did it  was my best best friend and I planned a camp out and she stayed up while I slept and when I would start moving around she would wake me we did this 3 times and it helped alot but ask your mom to take you to the doctors cuzz it may be something else!

  14. Get your mother to take you to the doctor, there may be a physical reason that you are doing this and there is medication available now to help with muscle control of the bladder.

Don't wait, go as soon as you can so you don't miss out on the fun of sleep-overs!

    Good Luck!

  15. what you should do is right before you go to bed you should go to the bathroom and dont drink anything! !!! And if you are still worried maybe put on an ultra size pad, dont worry, it will work out,

  16. Had the same problem.Believe it or not, it stopped when I started spending the night away.Cant promise you anything but, assuming you dont have a medical problem, It may solve your problem. Anyway, it worked for me.

  17. -Go to the doctor and make sure it's nothing serious

-Bring Extra clothes to the sleepover

    -Watch your drinking

At most sleepovers though you don't sleep too much. Just go to the restroom as often as you can, and epically make sure you do before you crash.

    Good Luck!

  18. ew go see a therapist!

  19. You can't stop it overnight I'm sorry to say. Some people go into adulthood and they still have that problem. It stops itself at different times for different people.

There are ways to train yourself to have better control.

Moisture sensing buzzers, and exercises and certain stuff.

    Try googling something like that.

You should also avoid drinking before bed, and go to the bathroom right before you go to sleep.
