  1. omg u r so not overweight u r the perfect size i wish i was 114

  2. Your not overweight, you just have some hips. that's good. You should try to eat about 1500-1900 calories a day. So I would try for that. Just eat healthy foods and you will be fine. Fruits, Veggies, Grains, and meat/dairy. that's really all you need.

  3. I saw this product called Acai Berry on Oprah the other week.. Looked like all the other diet scams, but I went for it and ordered a 14-day free trial from this site.. And guess what, it really works!! I'm so happy I've already lost weight, gotten more energy and my stomach is flatter than ever!

  4. your going to burn at least about 1700 cals a day without exorcising. so no that probably isn't enough. check this site out. http://www.webmd.com/content/tools/1/cal... and you are a healthy weight for your age and height. i found that here. http://kidshealth.org/parent/food/weight...

  5. Your ideal weight would be 100 lbs so above 120 lbs could be regarded as overweight and below 80 lbs could be regarded as underweight.  Your weight is OK.

Your calorie intake is too low for a 13 year old.  Under eating during your growing years can stunt your growth.  The very minimum at your age would be at least 1,800 calories per day.
