13 year old beach party. HELP!?

Question

Okay, so my best friend is turning 13 and I want to plan her an amazing b-day party, at the beach.

Theme: Hannah Montana.

Games:

whip cream face- hannah montana

remember the lyrics

make a hannah wig out of lau skirts

sing 'karoke' in front of bonfire (will glitter blow it up? lol)

chew gum up and try to make it look like hannah montana!

any other ideas.

food;

chips

salsa/dip

smores

rainbow goldfish

cooler full of drinks

ANY OTHER IDEAS?

We're probably planning this ourselves and we want to make it very memorable since everyone is having bonfires. Ak.a. the crazy hannah montana theme. Silly but everyone will remember it if we plan it right, ya know?

&& we really don't have a big budget. About 100$ between us. Ha. I know, yeah right. But anyways, any suggestions are helpful.

GAMES: water balloons, water slides, water guns, and scavenger hunts, Twister, Truth or Dare, board games, card games, volley ball, soccer, beach balls, "TAG", Hide and Seek..lol, music, karaoke, watch movies, prank call, dance, make-overs, spin the bottle

PRIZES: $5,$10,$15,$20 gift cards and 4 grand prize maybe $35 or $45 gift cards at(Target, Jamba Juice, Hollister, Vans, Juice It Up, Hot Topic, any places u shop at could be good gift cards and for other prizes a cute stuffed animal, King Size candy bar, or little makeup(chap stick, lip gloss, eye shadow stuff like that)or perfume and lotions.

FOOD: barbecue food, burgers and vegetarian burgers, pasta, pizza,chips, soda, ice cream(have them make their own ice cream with cherries,chocolate syrup,sprinkles)fruit, vegetables(celery sticks,carrot sticks,mini tomatoes) or Hawaiian or Chinese food, snow cones
