13 year old girl birthday party ideas!!!?

ok my sister's turning 13 in november and i need awesome ideas 4 her b-day party!!! it needs 2 b super cheap cause she just had a huge party for her 12th. she's inviting probably like 12 (maybe less) girls. plz help me with ideas!!! thx!

okay, well i just turned 13 a few days ago and i had a sleepover that was themed promanade. we all dressed up in elaborate masks and cute dresses and tux's. so to answer your question guest8735, i would suggest a sleepover with a funky theme. but some ohter themes u can consider are western, superstar, or dance party.

well i am having the same dilema...to be honest I'm 13 and i can tell you that the funnest parties are sleepovers...don't plan activities...they will come up with things to do on their own as long as music, food, and an adult free room ar provided. I can't do this because I can't have a sleepover at my hose but this is usually the funnest type of party and you can do it with almost any budget.

errrr...      for a 13 year old you need something to break the mould from childhood parties to more styleish parties.  I suggest you take a visit to the shops with a set list of things to buy ( or something like that)  the come home and modell them! or if that doesn't suit your taste then have a disco. by that i don't mean something where you guests dance for 5 mins then get bored.... i mean a PROPER disco! you could hire a room in a club and have a proper dj... or failing that choose the biggest room in you house ( or the most suitable!)   hire some lights, kareoke... you could maybe even design a sort of bar to sell c**k tails and soft drinks...
