hey guys last spring i ran a 5:31 mile but never trained other then track practice.i know thats not going to cut it next year. so im going to try to dedicate my self for all of fall,winter and a little bit of spring to training and see what time i get next year. now for the question. is my time very bad and i have no chance of ever going far in distance. and what would be a good workout for mostly every day. my neighbor hood constists of quite a few hills so maybe that will help? idk :D anyway answer away
