13 year old weight lifting question?

im 13 and i have a question about weight lifting. I work out every other day and i can bench 170 lbs. 2 times and i do 70 lb. barbell curls along with some other exercises. My biceps are pretty big and strong but my question is how can i get them hard. Because all i have is size and strength. Please help me get them hard. Thank you.

  1. Lower weights...more reps! Cut the weight of your curls in half.
