Sarah's been bugging her mom and dad for about a year to let her host a slumber party for her 4 BFF's. They finally agreed, so she came to us for some tips on how to make it the most rockin' party ever! Here's what we told her:

    > Pick a menu, games, movie and music, and set a loose schedule. Don't get crazy about sticking to the timetable. Just go with the flow!

    > Have everyone sleep in a star formation – heads in the middle – so no one gets left out on the end.

    > Plan a main activity that'll keep everyone busy and working together. Try one of these:

Clothing swap: bring clothes or accessories you are tired of and trade 'em to give old clothes a new life.

Makeover madness: stock up on different nail polish and makeup shades, hair accessories and even washable haircolor. Pick up some fashion magazines to page through for ideas while your nails dry. Always get parents' permission before changing anyone's haircolor, even if it's temporary!

Wii Olympics: Borrow a Nintendo Wii and set up a Wii Sports tournament. Have each guest create her own Mii before letting the games begin. Have medals on hand for winners in each category.

Scene It marathon: Pick up a "Scene It" game in a topic everyone's into – movies, TV, Disney, etc. Split into teams or make it every girl for herself! Don't forget prizes for the winners!

Kitchen invasion: Have mom or dad help you plan a menu you can handle on your own, like fondue, s'mores, banana splits, cupcake decorating, pizza making, etc. Gather all the ingredients ahead of time and make sure you clean up afterward.

Tie-die shirts: Ask everyone to bring a plain white shirt or buy each girl a matching tee. Set up in a parent-approved area and pick up a tie-dye kit which comes with dyes, patterns and instructions. Follow directions carefully and have extra rubber bands on hand – the more you use, the more interesting the result.

    > Pick something to watch at the end of the evening that either everyone loves and wants to see again or that you've heard great things about. It helps to pick one out together or at least agree on a theme like American Idol, comedy, musical or horror movie.

    > Don't forget to plan breakfast for the morning after . Ask mom or dad to pick up some easy-to-fix breakfast foods like bagels and cream cheese, different cereals with milk, muffins, frozen pancakes or waffles, cut up fruit, juice and chocolate milk.

Our advice in hand, here's the party schedule Sarah came up with:

5:00 pm Party starts. Play Dance Dance Revolution on the PS2 or set up a kickin' dance playlist on the iPod while everyone arrives

6:00 Dinner: pizza, carrots with ranch dressing and fruit

    6:30 Clothes swap

7:00 Makeover session: makeup, hair, mani-pedi's to go with the new duds

7:30 Photo session: mom takes pics of our new looks and prints them out as party favors

8:00 Invade kitchen for fondue party: dip everything we can find in melted gooey chocolate

    8:30 Movie time with popcorn

10:15 Wash up, set up sleeping bags, get settled in

    10:30 Serious girl talk time!

11:00 Lights out (and maybe some more talking!)

10:00 AM Wake up and gorge on breakfast

then it will show you tips on puberty, activity's for sleepovers and stuff about girls! i strongly suggest that u look on there.
