  1. here are tons of fun ideas http://teenpartyideas.com/

  2. Have relay races, potato sack races, three legged races, potato sack races, etc.

Get an inflatable kiddie pool, fill it with water, break into 2 teams and have a tug of war the losing team ends up in the water!

    Water balloon fights!

Set up a volleyball net and play volleyball and badmitten.

Have a watermelon eating contest, or a pie eating contest, but instead of pie, fill the tins with whipped cream, whoever finishes first, wins!

Set up an ice cream bar.  Get chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream and some toppings.  Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and cherries and let everyone make their own sundaes.  You can go to the dollar store and get the tall plastic sundae glasses or at the grocery store there's the waffle cone bowls.

If you want to do a movie night, you can go to Blockbuster and get the cardboard popcorn containers and big boxes of movie candy, at movie time, everyone gets their own bucket of popcorn and you can pass around and share the candy.

If you do that movie theme, set up a white sheet somewhere in your house as a backdrop, and get some boas, sunglasses, etc as props and you and your friends can take pictures in front of the sheet with the props, have fun with the props and each other!  The sheet is just to keep from any distractions of any pictures or anything hanging on the wall behind you.

Being you're going to have your guests spend the night, set up some clear, stringed Christmas lights around your yard, through the trees and around the party area, it will make for a nice party atmosphere when you're hanging outside with your friends instead of having flood lights or big overhead lights.

I hope some of these ideas help and that you have a great party and a very Happy Birthday!

  3. How about a treasure hunt party?

You make a map of the yard/house and hide all kinds of cool stuff for them to do, like, a scary movie to watch for the slumber party, a bunch of snacks for during the evening, presents for the birthday girl, a small gift for the guests, all the ingredients to  cookies they can bake together, or a teen type game they can play, etc. but they all have to figure out the clues before they can figure out where each thing might be. Base the clues on things things the girls might know, like what is the birthday girl's favorite band, then hide stuff near a poster she might have in her room.

It will keep them busy all evening long, and they then have stuff to do after the search. It would also tire them out so they aren't up alllll night long. Have fun!!
