13th birth day ideas?(all girls)?

Hi! Im having my 13th birthday at home and it has to be cheap my mom wont spend alot on a party.

Anyway im moving a week and a half after my party so our house cant be completely destroyed. What kinda games and stuff should i do??

(My mom wants to have "fun activities" so i need ideas)

Have a sleepover and fashion games throw money like quarters so kids can get it and take home or do that with candy its funny cause everyones all running to get it lol
