13th birthday party!!! HELP! please please!!!?

ok well im having a 13th birthday party...HUGE! about 40 people invited(girls andboys!) i was thinking...balck and white theme??everybody has to wear black and white...and i show up in a RED outfit????!!! do you think that is a good idea????but i was wondering can i have games that arent childish???also if you dont like the theme can you give me other ideas?

It's a cool theme... Maybe if you wanted something better then James Bond is a good one... but black and white is good. You could play games that were chhildish... everyone loves those! Or things like the limbo, or a waterfight :)

I'm 13 too! and i go to a private school so there r a bunch or barmitzvah's and what i've learned is the most fun is to hav a dance party!!!! get a good D.J and if u can afford it the music videos.... good games r like trivia games with different tables of people.... I LOVE THE BLACK AND WHITE THEME..... that's awesome!!!!! don't play mafia it's more of an i'm bored coz we hav nothing to learn school game....although it's fun don't get me wrong but u'll be the laughing stock of the school.....if you can't afford a d.j. then play hip up to date songs that r on ur ipod dancing is the best!!!

I don't think that would be a very good idea. I know you aren't, but you don't want other people to think you are selfish.

I like the black and white idea theme though, maybe you should wear black and white too.

There is also this really fun game:

You get a REALLY BIG balloon and fill it up with ice cold water(keep it cool until the party)

Then cover it in shaving cream, and get some razors.

Divide your party into as many teams as you want. Then have one person sit and hold the balloon above their head, while the other team members try to shave the balloon without popping it all over them!

Have a card game tounament with dancing and have the theme be Las Vegas where everyone has to wear something that is either blask, red, white, or sequined.

how about you do a hollywood theme, where everyone comes dressed as someone from hollywood.

Pretty much just have it a dance party or something where everyone can hang out and dance, with loud music and flashing lights.

and then the mysic can slowly fade out and then it can be time for cake and after that.. a water balloon fight?

i would have like a hawiian theme or 60's.. black and white kinda seems boring you gotta have it realy fun so people will remember it!  .. and u can play games like spin the boddle, or some sorta kissing game lol.. even though it sounds stupid.. i no me and my freinds love those sorta games! haha . play rly good music u no everyone will like. and make sure to invite freinds that will make the party fun! incase u cant..

Thats fun! but your only 13! i mean im about to turn 13, and that sounds fun... but i think it may be a little to formal because you have grade coming up so its no fun buying more stuff then you already need, maybe have a more fun'ish party! umm... a rockstar party! i mean like, everyone could dress up like a rock star or a celbrity, and BAM! you walk in with your hair all nice and everyone, and you could have like a rockstar imatison game and you have to like walk and dance like the person you dressed like, and a rock star talent show and sing a song from that person... it sounded fun to me! so yeah... try it! i would come!
