i needd to lose weight i always i mean always doing sport like footie basketball swimming but still not losing weight someone help meeeeeeee

  1. YOU'RE 90 LBS?

    You do NOT need to be losing weight!

    ESPECIALLY AT 13.

    However, it's your decision.

    I'm not 100 lbs and when I was at 90 lbs, I kept trying to lose weight because I thought I was fat.

    YOU ARE SKINNY!!


  2. You don't need to loose weight :( i thought i was over weight at 9 stone and i'm 14 but i looked on this website that showed what an avarage 13/14 year old should weigh and it is about 8-9 stone so don't worry you will be fine as long as you r fit it dont matter :) .xx

  5. walk every day and eat healthy food and swim and try lifting wheights you are sure to lose wieght

  6. look at what you eat and cut back on crisps and chocolate and change from things like coca to diet coca

    and dont snack ( if you must eat things like go aheard bars )

    oh and at 13 you need like 1900 cal a day

    btw 9 stone isnt actually a lot so above is just if want to lose weight but you dont need to
