  1. You should talk to your parents first. Then, they will help you. You can see it: http://www.yfu-usa.org/ to learn in Germany

  2. I think the exact paperwork procedures will change by the time you're applying so I won't go through those here. Basically you will need to learn German, get a college degree (preferably in field useful to employers), and get an employer in Germany to sponsor you for visa and work permit.

Germany will usually only let you in if you have job skills that they are short on if you aren't an EU member. I'm not sure of the exact positons they want to fill, but stuff along the level of doctor, IT worker, engineer, etc I'd guess?

Another way to do it would be to get college degree here and then a graduate degree at a Germany university? Right now at least, they allow foreign students who've gotten degrees at German universities to stay after graduation for a year to find an employer to sponsor them for work permit.

Also if you fall into their highly skilled worker category, right now they will let you get permanent residency right away instead of havign to go through a waiting period of several years.

So my advice is I guess- study hard and get a good college degree. Learn German really well, and if possible try to do some sort of student exchange program or internship in Germany. Good luck:)

  3. Since you are 14 now and will not be finishing college for another 8 years or so, I would say this is a premature question.  Immigration law in Germany could change quite a bit in 8 years.

Generally you would start your immigration anywhere by calling or visiting the embassy or consulate in your area to get some information.  Normally you need a job offer and a work permit before you can move.  Normally you have to live in the country on a temporary work permit for a few years before you can apply for residency.  Normally you have to live there even more years before you can apply for citizenship.  Germany does not currently allow dual citizenship but that may change in 8 years.

  4. You will need to get a student visa, which requires admitance to a school in Germany.
