14 month female border intact needs new home medicine hat?

Question

Her name is Dekota great with female dogs, nuetured males, cats & children she sometimes growls while playing Im not sure if growl is the proper term but its from excitement, she does this while playing with my oldest son whos 3 myself & kitten we have had her 11 months but no longer have enough time to give her the life she deserves. I dont believe she would make a good guard dog, she to friendly but is big enough to be intimadating & you could run to the bathroom leaving your children outback with her but she has only growled at one man that walked into my house with teeth showing, hair standing up & ears back (I didnt care for this man so it might of been vibes) shes loyal, smart, quick to learn, and an excape artest (but she waits on my front steps or close by) she has tried herding my mothers chickens when we go there so she may be dangours to chickens but she hasnt biten any yet. she has drown blood on a family friend while he was shooting her with a water gun but that was an accident and she dosnt play that aggrissive when my 3 yr old has the gun, I would watch for older children though she might think of a 13 yr old as an adult when playing with water guns

Sounds like a typical Border Collie that hasn't had proper training or stimulation.

Please surrender her to a B.C. Rescue organization that will carefully screen potential owners and find her a great home.  http://www.bcrescue.org/
