14 week old baby having diarreah?

my 14 week old baby has been having diarreah every day for the last 2 and a half weeks, the result of his stool sample came back today and the doctor said it was fine, the diarreah is a mystery.. why would he still be having it then, he isn't lethargic or off his food the only thing i can think of is his milk maby ??any ideas?

If he's on formula maybe try soy based for awhile to see if that helps. I know my son got diarrhea for a few weeks after another baby put her fingers in his mouth. Try giving him yogurt too, it has certain things in it that help kill the bad bacteria that could cause him to have diarrhea & it also helps with constipation
