  1. k, first off, your gona need self control. thats the key issue. when you get up in the morning, forget coco puffs or fruity pebbles, have a protein shake or even a slimfast. you may think, "protein shake?? but i want to LOSE weight!" well, you will, but you need to speed up your metabolism. so have a shake, and 3-4 hours later, have a sandwhich, meat, lettuce, cheese, whatever goodies you want, but only a sandwhich, with a small portion of fruit. a few hours later, have a chicken breast, NOT breaded. you want to be able to pull off the skin, and have only meat left. try to eat ever 3-4 hours. drink at least a gallon of water a day, and exercise more. use an ipod or mp3 palyer on the treadmill, get some old weights from a yardsale, and do some light weight, high rep workouts. if you get hungry right after eating, drink more water, it keeps you full. thats all i can tell yah

  2. heyyyyyyyy,

i was were you were when i was fourteen

you learn to deal everyday, just drink water

alot 6-8 cups per day.  i'm 6'2 245lbs [female]. i'm fine even if people arent fine with my weight.

my mom nagged me to lose weight and mocked the way i walked, and even talked; and my dad

would say "guys don't like fat chicks" ;) .. i ignored it, it worked for a while, but somehow in some crazy, messed up way, you learn to live with it,

add me if you want to talk  ..

    take care  :)

  3. I know it can be hard to try and run on your own, but if you really want to lose weight, think about your goal and maybe that will motivate you. Look for ab workouts like crunches, leg raises, etc. Ride your bike if you have one. Watch what you eat to. Find all the junk food in your house and get rid of it. Drink water instead of sugary drinks. Instead of having junk food, have celery and/or carrots dipped in ranch dressing. (yum!) Make a goal weight to get down to. Make it a goal to lose maybe 2 pounds a week. Get motivated and good luck! If you have a friend or family member who also needs to lose weight, let them do this with you.
