14 year old needs cheap party ideas ?

ok so here's the ideas I'm turning 14 in october n the prob is i share a birthday with me twin (of course) but also me mum which means an expensive day !! :( and every year i have a sleepover or go cinema or out for food.

But last year me n me sis had a limo which was great.

but this year we all spent loads of money

eg:me and my sister went on a school trip to spain that was loads of money.

went butlins which was more money

and this year i dunno what t do which is cheap and not boring because for my birthday i want a new mobile which i now i want get. :(

Ok So if you have any ideas that are cheap please tell me ?? !!!

Chip in for some vodka; cheap and easy and you have a laugh. LOL

Maybe book a club or if that's too expensive just have a party at your house with your friends. buy some cheap decorations and snacks [:

have a sleep over and rent some films and get some snacks and such

and then there's always the classic games of "truth or dare" or "spin the bottle" etc.
