i do x6 chin up, x15 push up, x15 15lb short weight lifts, x15 knuckle push up, x50 sit up, x20 crunches, x25 legs lift, and hold out 40 sec leaving my legs up one inches.

are these ok for me? is this Heathy at my age? how do i know if im overdoing it? what should i eat? does vegable help? can my wrist get stronger? what do i do for back muscle? i want to workout more on my lower abs. how can i get a 4 pack? any other tips?

thank you for reading any helping me.

  1. you'll know when youve reached your limits...cus you'll be too tired to do anything!!

  2. Make sure that you are eating right and drinking water. The veggies are a great idea but also make sure that you add protein to your diet from fish or chicken, even peanut butter and eggs. The work-out sounds fine. Push ups are great for your so no worries. You can also do different things with weights to help your back too.

I used to exercise a crazy amount at your age and never had any issue. I did a lot of sprints too and leg lifts and jumping jacks. I rode bike for miles every day, roller-bladed every day, went for 5 mile jogs first thing in the morning, so no I wouldn't worry about your work-outs. If you want to tone and get in shape, also add cardio such as what I've mentioned above. Make sure that you vary your work outs so you don't get bored with them and lose sight of whatever goals you have in mind.

    Good luck, hope I helped!

EDIT~~in terms of knowing if it's too much for you, your body WILL let you know. If it hurts a lot, don't do it.

  3. yea that sounds good keep it up!
